Energy for exercise comes from nutrition. The food you eat contains nutrients. Nutrients help you grow, keep you healthy, and give you energy to swim fast. Drink lots of water, and eat a wide variety of moderate amounts of fruits, vegetables, protein, and whole grains. Take time to learn about nutrition.
